She has extensive experience in corporate compliance and governance matters, having provided full-scope services to numerous listed companies, including information disclosure compliance advisory, corporate governance optimization consulting, and digital solutions for the transmission of material information. Her services help improve the transparency and compliance standards of listed companies by building efficient information flow mechanisms and internal control systems for securities compliance.

Her client base spans multiple boards of the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing stock exchanges and includes companies such as BGI Genomics (688114), Davi Technology (600589), Kinlong Hardware (002791), Longping High-Tech (000998), Likou Foods (300973), Feilida (300240), and Guoyi Tendering (831039).

In the field of regulatory investigations and securities dispute resolution, Ms. Huang has led nearly twenty matters involving the prevention or response to information disclosure violations. She has helped clients effectively manage risks and protect their rights and interests during on-site inspections, regulatory investigations, administrative penalties, disciplinary actions, and takeover defense situations.

In capital markets transactions, she has provided legal services on IPOs, share issuances for asset purchases, private placements, and ABS projects for listed companies such as Kinlong Hardware (002791), Tongwei Co., Ltd. (002835), Shiyong Zhaoye (002016), Jiadu Technology (600728), and Haiyin Co., Ltd. (000861).

Before joining Chong Li, Ms. Huang practiced at Guofeng Law Firm. She later served as a director and deputy general manager at a leading domestic securities compliance advisory firm, where she led a team in developing the information disclosure and corporate governance business framework and practice standards for listed companies.
