Kevin Zhan

Kevin Zhan is the Managing Partner of Chong Li and a member of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (RCCK).
Mr. Zhan has practiced law for over a decade and has represented clients in numerous commercial dispute resolution matters, including M&A disputes involving listed companies, securities misrepresentation litigation, equity incentive disputes, nominee shareholding disputes, equity repurchase disputes, and private lending cases.
In the area of investment and M&A, he has led transactions with a total value exceeding RMB 50 billion, covering a broad range of commercial scenarios such as PE/VC equity investments, major restructurings and acquisitions in the capital markets, strategic industrial investments, outbound direct investment, and foreign direct investment.
In the field of overseas capital markets, he has advised on several M&A transactions and initial public offerings (IPOs) on Nasdaq. He also provides long-term and project-based legal advisory services to listed and non-listed companies, including equity structuring, employee incentive plans, and labor compliance, supporting clients in corporate governance and capital operations.
Prior to founding Chongn Li, Mr. Zhan held positions at Beijing Dentons Law Offices and TCL Technology Group.
