Ms. Hongxia Yu has over five years of hands-on experience in information disclosure at listed companies. She is well-versed in relevant laws and regulations concerning information disclosure, board and shareholder meeting operations, and corporate governance. During her time at a top domestic securities compliance consulting firm, she participated in numerous projects involving daily information disclosure advisory and disciplinary defense work for listed companies. Her clients span industries such as new energy, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and digital marketing, and she is highly regarded for her efficiency, precision, and professionalism.
Ms. Yu has significant experience in information disclosure and standardized operations. She has provided information disclosure compliance consulting, corporate governance structure optimization, and securities compliance investigation services to many listed companies. Notably, she has worked with JCET, China Express Airlines, Dier Laser, Wondershare Technology, Tyencom, Proya, and Joinn Biologics, among others.
