Ms. Xiao Yu specializes in ESG compliance advisory. She provides ESG management consulting, disclosure and reporting services, rating optimization strategies, as well as carbon emission accounting and target-setting guidance for listed companies across a wide range of industries in both the Hong Kong and A-share markets. Her representative clients include Mindray Medical, Livzon Pharmaceutical, MGI Tech, OPPO, Huayi Tencent Entertainment, Hesai Technology, Jianye New Life, and Central China Real Estate.
Prior to joining Chong Li, Ms. Xiao worked at a domestic consulting firm, where she gained practical experience in ESG management and disclosure, as well as carbon management projects across the medical devices, pharmaceutical, consumer electronics, real estate, and internet sectors.
