Ms. Han Xu holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Sopron University, Hungary, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Dalian University of Technology. She is certified with the Legal Professional Qualification and is also a Level I holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Ms. Han has assisted with various projects, including an overseas IPO project for a NASDAQ listing, overseas refinancing projects, equity incentive schemes, performance-based agreements, private lending disputes, and labor dispute resolution. She has also provided long-term legal advisory services in areas such as equity structure design, labor compliance, and corporate governance for multiple companies. With extensive practical experience, Ms. Han previously worked as a legal advisor at Hangzhou Wango Technology Co., Ltd., gaining in-depth knowledge in corporate compliance and governance. She is currently with Chong Li Law Firm, focusing on commercial dispute resolution, investment and mergers & acquisitions, equity incentives, and international capital markets.
